How to import from China

We work in the China market. Being a professional purchasing agent sourcing product from China for you, in the following manner:

1. If you need an invitation for you to come to China, this will be arrange this for you. If you need to order hotel accommodation, plane tickets, bus ticket etc., we will arrange this all for you, by letting us arrange all your requirements, you will receive discounts from the suppliers i.e. the hotel or airline agent (approximately a 50% discount on the hotel fees and food.).

2. If you come to China, we will go to the airport and collect you, we will take you to your hotel and make sure that your stay in China is a memorable, educational and is a profitable experience. During your stay, together with you, we will get the best prices and quality from the factories for products from China. We will try and deal with factories only, for you, so as to achieve the best possible prices, if this is not possible due to quantity restraints, we will have no option but to deal with an agent of the factory which the factory supplies to us. These agents will offer us special deals with great discounts. Dealing with a factory agent costs approximately 0.25-10% more on the price, but will still be very affordable for you. The fluctuation is due to either buying from a factory shop or from a general cash and carry dealer.

3. If you don't come to China, we will look for suppliers that are suited to your industry. We will endeavour to get the best prices and quality for you whilst you remain in your home country we will continue to source factories for the same and similar products from China for your industry, that will help put you at the forefront of your business sector. We know, if price and quality are not workable, your business will not improve, our business will in turn do badly too. Therefore, we should ensure your future benefit, so as to ensure ours.

4. After ordering, you are free. Other exciting Chinese things we will do together so as to make your stay here with us as our guests so memorable that you will be visiting us very soon after leaving, remembering the sweat taste of our superior Chinese hospitality. During our festivities, my office will arrange shipping of your cargo, and obviously due to us being professional shippers you will get preferential rates, as you have also used us as your preferred sourcing agents. We will also arrange declaration from customs, the collection of your products from China factories to where housing to eventually loading of the container. We will check your valuable goods carefully and make sure that the quality and quantity that you ordered is in fact what you will be receiving. We will make the invoice and packing list, and after the container is loaded, we will send your B / L (Bill Of Lading) to you and via FedEx, TNT or the likes. Everything we do for you, will be very professionally and carefully. Because we know, every process should be correct, if one problem happens, maybe you will lose money.

5. About payment, if you are in China, you can pay yourself when the factories deliver your goods to our warehouse (suppliers mostly prefer this way). If you are not in china, then you can choose TT or L/ C at sight .

6. About service and commission, normally you pay total amount 3%. For example, you buy US $10000, you pay us US $300.

Unfortunately, if the total value of all your purchases are less than US $10000 the commission charge owing to us is 10% i.e. purchases = US $9000 commission = 10% therefore US $900 is owing and due to us.
